Any signed in user. Marks a parked cart recalled and hands its cart back to the till. The row is matched to the caller and to a cart on hold, so another till's cart is not found.

`POST /api/v1/parked/{parkedId}/recall`

**Responses**

- `200` — The recalled cart
- `401` — Not authenticated
- `404` — Parked transaction not found
