Public. Stores one landing page enquiry so a visitor's message reaches an operator. A name, a valid email, and a message are required, and one address is capped at five a minute.

`POST /api/v1/marketing/contact`

- `message` (string, required)

- `400` — The body is missing a name or a message, or the email does not look like an address
