Admin only. Points the organisation settings at a logo that was already uploaded to storage. The key sits under the branding prefix at 2 MB or less, and a missing settings row is created.

`PUT /api/v1/images/branding/logo`

- `200` — The logo key and its public URL
- `400` — The image key is not under the branding prefix, or the upload is missing or larger than 2 MB
- `401` — Not authenticated
- `403` — Caller is not an admin
