Admin, inventory manager, or branch manager. Deletes a category nothing is filed under. A category still holding medicines is refused, so those rows must be reassigned first.

`DELETE /api/v1/categories/{slug}`

**Responses**

- `204` — Category deleted
- `401` — Not authenticated
- `403` — Caller is not an admin, inventory manager, or branch manager
- `404` — Category not found
- `409` — The category is still used by at least one medicine
